01 Who we are

This website at ilfres.store is operated by Ilfres ("Ilfres", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Ilfres and govern your use of this website and any purchase you make through it.

By browsing this site, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

02 Using this site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order. If you are under that age, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

You agree to give accurate, current and complete information whenever we ask for it — in particular your shipping address, billing address and email. We are not responsible for a delayed or failed delivery caused by an address that was entered incorrectly.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may also limit or refuse service to anyone, for any lawful reason, including where we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms.

03 Your account

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

Tell us promptly at Contact@ilfres.store if you believe someone has used your account without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe has been used for fraud, abuse or any activity that breaks these Terms or the law.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time. Some records — order and payment records in particular — we must keep for tax and accounting purposes even after an account is closed.

04 Products & pricing

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are intended to show the product faithfully, but colors can look different from one screen to another, and packaging, accessories and minor design details can change when a manufacturer updates a product. A photograph on its own is not a guarantee of an exact match.

Where a product listing names a size, capacity, compatibility or technical specification, that information comes from the manufacturer. If a specification matters to your purchase, please check it against the manufacturer's own documentation, or ask us before you order.

Availability

All products are offered subject to availability. A product shown on the site is not a guarantee that it is in stock. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you and either offer an alternative or cancel that item and refund it in full.

Prices

• All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD).
• Prices exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required, and exclude shipping unless the listing says otherwise.
• Prices can change at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout when you place it.
• Promotional prices and discount codes are valid only for the period stated and cannot be combined unless we say so.

Errors

Despite our care, a listing may occasionally contain an error in price, description or availability. Where an obvious error exists, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, even after the order has been confirmed. If we cancel for this reason we will tell you promptly and refund any amount you have already paid in full. We will never charge you more than the price you saw at checkout without your agreement.

05 Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a binding contract only when we accept it — which happens when we send you a shipping confirmation for the items concerned.

The order confirmation email you receive immediately after checkout confirms that we have received your order and the amount authorized. It is not yet acceptance of your order.

1. You place the orderYou select your items, enter your shipping and payment details, review the total including tax and shipping, and submit the order.
2. We confirm receiptYou receive an order confirmation email listing the items, the total and the shipping address you gave us.
3. We review and packWe check stock and, where necessary, verify payment or address details.
4. We accept the orderYou receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. At this point the contract for those items is formed.

We may decline an order in whole or in part — for example if an item is out of stock, if payment cannot be verified, if the shipping address is outside the area we serve, if the quantity ordered suggests resale rather than personal use, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we decline, you are not charged, or we refund you in full.

Please check your order confirmation as soon as it arrives. If anything is wrong, contact us at Contact@ilfres.store straight away. We can usually still change an address or cancel an order before it ships, but once an order is with the carrier we can no longer change it.

06 Payment

The payment methods we accept are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment providers; we do not receive or store your full card number.

By submitting an order you confirm that the payment method is yours, or that you have the account holder's permission to use it, and that there are sufficient funds or credit available.

Depending on your payment method, the amount may be authorized when you place the order and captured when we ship. Your card issuer or bank decides how an authorization appears on your statement and how long a released authorization takes to clear.

If a payment is reversed, charged back or fails after we have shipped, we may suspend further orders and recover the amount owed, including reasonable costs of doing so.

07 Shipping & delivery

We ship within the United States. Shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are set out in full on our Shipping Policy page and are shown to you at checkout before you pay.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. They depend on the carrier, the destination and circumstances outside our control such as weather, peak season volume or a carrier delay.

Risk of loss and title pass to you when the carrier delivers the shipment to the address you gave us. If a shipment arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it — see our Refund & Return Policy.

08 Returns & refunds

Our full Refund & Return Policy sets out the return window, the condition an item must be in, which items cannot be returned, who pays return shipping, and how long a refund takes. That policy forms part of these Terms.

To start a return, email Contact@ilfres.store with your order number and the item you want to return. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us — a return sent without instructions may not be identifiable when it arrives.

09 Warranty

Products we sell may carry a manufacturer's warranty. Where one applies, the terms, length and claim process are set by that manufacturer and described in the documentation supplied with the product. We are happy to help you contact the manufacturer and to provide proof of purchase.

Separately from any manufacturer warranty, if an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it — including the shipping you paid. That is our own commitment and it does not depend on a manufacturer warranty.

A manufacturer warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or modification, or use outside the conditions the manufacturer specifies.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of your state that cannot be limited by agreement.

10 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
• place an order fraudulently, or with a payment method you are not authorized to use;
• copy, scrape, mine, harvest or index the site or its content by automated means without our written permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or any connected system, or interfere with its operation;
• introduce a virus, malicious code or anything else designed to damage or disrupt the site;
• impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization;
• resell, redistribute or commercially exploit products bought from us without our written agreement;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the site.

We may investigate and take appropriate action, including terminating your access and reporting the matter to law enforcement.

11 Your content

If you submit a review, comment, photograph, question or other material to the site, you keep ownership of it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display it in connection with the site and our marketing, and to sublicense that right to the platforms we use.

You confirm that the material is yours to submit, that it does not infringe anyone's rights, and that it is not unlawful, deceptive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or invasive of another person's privacy.

We do not have to publish anything you submit and may remove or edit material that breaches these Terms. Reviews and comments are the views of the people who wrote them, not ours. Do not send us confidential information or unsolicited ideas — we cannot treat them as confidential.

12 Our content

The site and its content — text, layout, graphics, logos, page design, photography and software — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download and print pages from the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of it without our written permission.

Product names, brand names and logos of the manufacturers whose products we sell belong to those manufacturers. We use them only to identify the products we offer. Their use on this site does not imply that we are an authorized dealer, agent or partner of any manufacturer, or that any manufacturer endorses us, unless a page says so expressly.

13 Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party websites or include third-party services — payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics. Those services are operated by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, practices or availability. Please read their terms before you use them.

14 Disclaimers

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that every description, price or availability statement will always be accurate.

Except for the commitments we make expressly in these Terms and in our Refund & Return Policy, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Nothing on the site is professional advice. Always read the instructions, safety information and specifications supplied with a product, and use the product as its manufacturer directs.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply to you only to the extent your state's law allows, and you may have additional rights.

15 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ilfres and its officers, employees and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of the site or of any product bought through it — even if we have been advised that such damages are possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Some states do not allow the limitation of certain damages; where that is the case, these limits apply only as far as that state's law permits.

16 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ilfres, and its officers, employees, agents and suppliers, from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

17 Governing law & disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site are governed by the laws of the State of California and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Most problems are quickest to fix directly. Before starting any formal proceeding, please email Contact@ilfres.store describing the issue and what you would like us to do. We will respond and try in good faith to resolve it with you.

Courts

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and we agree that it will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California, and each of us consents to the jurisdiction of those courts. This does not prevent you from bringing a claim in a small claims court where that court has jurisdiction, and it does not affect any right you have under your state's law to bring a claim locally.

Nothing here prevents either of us from asking a court for injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

18 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time — for example when our processes, our product range or the law changes. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

When we make a change, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will make that clear on the site. Please check back before you order again.

19 General

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the site.

Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in force.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Force majeure. Neither of us is liable for a delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control, including natural disaster, carrier disruption, labor action, war, epidemic or failure of utilities or communications networks.

Headings. Section headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
